Local Lifelines: Community Resources
Grace Gilmer, Executive Director, Gramatan Village
Louise Challop, Coordinator, Central Region, Livable Communities
There are many resources available at the town and state level to help us as we care for a senior but sometimes they can be hard to find. Our Local Lifelines panel will discuss what's available, how to access those resources and how to make the most of these offerings.

Are you a dual caregiver?

Overwhelmed by juggling the responsibilities of raising children while also supporting the needs of your aging parents?

Have questions about how to navigate being sandwiched between these two generations?

Join us at the Bronxville Library each month for practical guidance & encouragement , and know that you are not alone.

Panel discussions include:

 - Navigating Senior Care 101                    - Skilled Care In & Out of Home

  - Care in the Home                                    - Community Resources

  - Legal Issues & Best Practices                 - Demystifying Acute Care
