This event takes place in person in the Board Room located on the lower level of the Library.

First come, first served, with a maximum of eight people.

Recharge and refresh with 90 minutes of meditation and light yoga.  Reconnect with your body, recharge your vitality, develop inner peace, and leave feeling relaxed, empowered and revitalized.

Group leader Norma Nathan has over thirty years experience facilitating meditation and personal growth events.

Grades 1-5 are welcome to register for our Spring Cookie Decorating event.

This is a drop-off event for kids only!  

Adults can pick up children when program has finished.
