Program Description

Event Details

A new semester often brings higher anxiety for many students, which can lead to a drop in academic performance. Factors like learning differences, family expectations, and difficulties with emotional self-regulation can make managing this anxiety even more challenging.

The good news? There are proven strategies that middle school, high school, and college students can use to reduce anxiety and boost academic success.

Join Applerouth founder Jed Applerouth, to learn practical, research-backed interventions that help students lower stress, build confidence, and improve their performance.
