Join us for a seasonal yoga & meditation series for all levels outside on the Library lawn.
As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, it's the perfect time to slow down, ground yourself, and reconnect with what truly matters. Join us this fall for a gentle yoga and meditation series designed to help you transition into the new season with intention, gratitude, and calm.
This series is open to all levels — whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned yogi looking to deepen your practice in a softer, more introspective way.
Ideal For:
- Anyone feeling overwhelmed or disconnected
- Those looking to balance the busyness of fall with moments of stillness
- Curious beginners wanting a gentle, welcoming entry into yoga
- Experienced yogis seeking a deeper connection to the seasonal energy
There is no class size limit if it is held outdoors. In case of inclement weather, the class will move inside to the Yeager Community Room located on the lower level of the Library, with a maximum capacity of twelve people, first come, first served.
