Join us for our annual summer reading program for children, teens and adults.  This year's theme is Color Your World.

Children & Teens:  Starting on June 2nd, visit the Children's Room to register and receive a reading log.

Adults:  Starting on June 2nd, sign up in person at the Reference Desk to receive a packet.  Click here for the Nonfiction and Fiction reading lists relating to the theme.

Program Description

Event Details

Relax, create art and make new friends with the NYC Urban Sketchers.

All experience levels are welcome to come with their own supplies and drawing tools to draw and sketch while in our beautiful library setting.  Draw inspiration from our books, paintings, art objects and scenery. Sketching will take place from 10:00-12:30, followed by a lunch break and show and tell.

Please note: 

*There will be no formal instruction.

*Adults only please

*Supplies will not be provided.  Come with your own paper, colored pencils, pens, graphite or markers.
